This policy describes how OmniMaid uses SMS messages and how you can manage the receipt of those messages.
About the SMS program
OmniMaid uses SMS exclusively for operational communications related to your service: booking confirmations, service reminders and rescheduling notices. We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.
How to subscribe (Opt-In)
You consent to receive SMS messages from OmniMaid when you register on the platform by providing your phone number and accepting the Terms of Use. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition for using the service.
How to unsubscribe (Opt-Out)
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message from OmniMaid. You will receive a cancellation confirmation and will not receive further messages. You may also email hello@myomnimaid.com to request removal.
Help
For help information, reply HELP to any message. You will receive instructions on how to cancel and contact information. For additional support, contact us at hello@myomnimaid.com.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity on the platform. You will only receive messages when there are events relevant to your service (booking confirmation, 24h reminder, rescheduling notice).
Rates and data
Standard message and data rates may apply according to your phone plan. OmniMaid does not charge for SMS messages sent.
Data privacy
Your phone number is not shared, sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
